Rechabite District General Meeting.

The following programme has been decided on for the District General Meeting of.the Order of Rechabites, the visiting delegates arriving by the steamer this morning:— Wednesday.—Drive to Mr W. Sievwright’s (“ Hjaltland ”); Tent meeting (juvenile) 7 p.m. sharp and (adult) 8 p.m. Thursday.—Tent room, 10 a.m., Coun-. cil business.

Friday.—Tent room, 10 a.m., Council business;. Drive to Whataupoko, Taruheru, Makauri, Waerenga-a-hika, Ormond, Matawhero (Mr Tombleson’s), Makaraka, To Hapara; Soiree, ‘McFarlane’s Hall, 6.30 p.m.; Public meeting, 8 p.m., His Worship the Mayor (Mr J. Townley) in the chair; addresses by officers and local brethren ; musical items by local talent. Satin-day.—Tent room, 10 a.m., Council business.

Sunday.'—Special sermon in St. Andrew’s Church by Bev. Mr Paterson; drive to Te Arai Church.
