Rome, Feb. 4. Replying to an interpellation in the Chamber by Admiral Canevaro, Premier Signor Saracco explained that he had tried to secure an international agreement to fulfil the object of the) Anti-Anarchist Conference held in Romo two years ago. Italy was insisting on future renowals of extradition treaties that anarchist crimes bo treated as common law offences.
Tlie Government was submitting a Bill dealing with anarchists as a measure of social defence.
The Premier stated that Alleqeo, an anarchist, had been arrested for attempting to take the life of Duke Abruzzi, and two Genoese anarchists on a charge of planning the assassination of a Judge for sentencing their comrades.
