THE IMPERIAL TROOPS

[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Dunedin, last night. The Imperial troops will reach the Bluff early on Monday morning, and after being entertained at Invercargill, Gore, etc., arc expocted to reach Dunedin between 9 and 10 p.m. The Mayor has adopted suggestions by the Hon. J. G. Ward, that on Tuesday the men should be marched through the principal streets for a distance not to exceed three miles. It is proposed to entertain the troops at a smoke concert in the evening.

At a public meeting convened by the Mayor, held to-night, arrangements for the reception of the British troops, similar to those made elsewhere, were decided upon.
