The sale is slow, and there is a poor selection. Prices are unchanged, though merinos are tending downwards. Sydney, last night. . Wheat: Chick, 2s Id; milling, 2s 6id to 2s 71d. Flour : £6 to £6 10s ; Manitoba, ill. Oats, medium, Is 9d to Is lOd : prime New Zealand, 2s Id to 2s 2d. Maize: Prime New Zealand, 3s. Barley: Feeding, 2s to 2s 2d; seed, 2s 4d to 2s sd. Bran, Sd ; pollard, 10M ; potatoes, .63 10s to .£5 os; onions, Victorian, £7; butter, creamy, 9d; cheese, 4id to sd; bacon, New Zealand, 5d to 7fd; hams, New Zealand. 81d to 9d. The above quotations are those ruling between merchants and retailers, and do not represent slightly lower values obtained by recognised brokers. Melbourne, last night. Wheat, 2s 7Jd.
