.'[BY TELEGRAEH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, last night. .■At the School Inspector’s-Conference to-day resolutions were passed amending the scheme of grammar instruction, and affirming that the syllabus of instruction be differentiated for large and small schools ; that .classification of the school shall be made, by the school teacher; and that geography be deleted as a pass subject for a certificate of proficiency.
