CROWN LANDS OPEN FOR APPLICATION. NOTICE is hereby given that TWELVE SECTIONS of Rural Lands and Two Small Grazing Runs, situated in the Nuhaka North Survey District, will be open for application under the optional systems and the small grazing run system respectively, at this Office and the District Land and Survey Office, Gisborne, on WEDNESDAY, the 30th day of January, 1901. The capital values of the rural sections range from 15s to 20s per acre, and the rentals of the small grazing runs from 2Jd to 3d per acre. In the event of there being two or more applications for any section or run, priority of selection will be decided by ballot, at the Court House, Wairoa, on Monday, the 4th day of February, 1901, at 11 o’clock a.m. Sale plans giving all information wil, shortly be ready for distribution, and will then be exhibited at the various post offices, etc. Full particulars can be obtained at this office and the District Land and Survey Office, Gisborne.
