EXTENT OF ALLIED PUSH LEFT TO UNITED NATIONS
WASHINGTON. Sept. 21
President Truman said today he would abide by any United Nations’ decision whether the Allied troops should cross the 38th parallel into Northern Korea. The President told a press conference that a decision whether the parallel should be crossed was entirely one for the United Nations.
