ONE KILLED AND FIVE INJURED IN COLLISION OF CARS

AUCKLAND. Sept. 22.
One man was killed snc five other people suffered various injuries when two motor-cars collided head-on on the main north highway near Henderson shortly after 10 o'clock last night. They were:
KILLED Mr. Roy Macklow, of Muriwai
INJURED
Mr. Ernest Wormald, aged 50, of 1 Bollard Avenue, Avondale, possible fractured jaw and shock. Mrs. Alice Louisa Wormald, aged 46, wife of above, lacerations to the face and shock. Mr. Harold Bryant, aged 42. of Rivers Road, Helensvillc, possible fractured jaw and shock. Mr. Noel Stroudly Rimmer. of Helens-
ville, slight concussion. Mr. Douglas Guy, of Woodhill, slight concussion. The accident occurred on a hill just north of the IYA radio mast. There were four people in the larger car involved, of which Mr. Bryant was the driver, and Mr and Mrs. Wormald were in the other. Mr. Wormald driving. Mr. and Mrs. Wormald ana Mr. Bryant were admitted to the Auckland Hospital, where their condition late last night is reported to be not serious.
