ASSAM AGAIN SHAKEN
NEW DELHI, Sept. 5.
Upper Assam was shaken by more earthquakes yesterday. Widespread soil erosion and a series ,of severe shocks dislocated communications. About five million people are maroooned in the earthquake and flood area, which covers 30,000 square miles.
