The exclusion from the Waikohu County of certain areas, approximating 29,044 acres, as more specifically described in the First Schedule to the Provisional Scheme, and the inclusion of the said areas in the Cook County. 2. The exclusion from the Cook County of certain areas, approximating 2703 acres, as more specifically described in the Second Schedule to the Provisional Scheme and the inclusion of the said areas in the Waikohu County. In terms of Section 17 of the Local Government Commission Act. 1946, objections to the PROVISIONAL SCHEME stating the grounds thereof must be lodged within one month of the public notification of this notice with the Secretary. Local Government Commission, Wellington. The date determined for this purpose will be deemed to be the 10th October, 1950..
If within the time specified no objections are lodged, the Commission will proceed to anorove of the Scheme as a FINAL SCHEME.
