RAILCAR DERAILED

(P.A.) NAPIER, Sept. 7. A railcar bound for Wairoa from Napier was derailed on a bend between Kotemaori and Raupunga at 10 o’clock yesterday morning but none of the passengers was injured. No damage was done to the railcar which tore up portion of the track as it left the rails. Passengers for Wairoa were transported by road to Raupunga and were met by a special railcar from Wairoa. The cause of the derailment is not known.
