MR. G. A. NICHOLLS NEW PRESIDENT OF ROTARY CLUB
Mr. G. A. Nicholls was installed in tlie office of president of the Gisborne Rotary Club at the club’s annual meeting yesterday. He takes over from the retiring president, Mr. R. McGlasben. Other officers elected were: Vicepresident. Mr. K. F. Jones; secretary, Mr. R. K. Gardiner; treasurer. Mr. B. S. Rrec: auditor. Mr. J. M. Angus; directors. Messrs. J W. Bain. A. R. Smith, W. E Donnelly and A. S. Muir; sergeant-at-arms. Mr W. B. Keaney. Several new members who had been elected to the club were installed. They were: Messrs. M O’Dowda. W. I\. Ward. J. Stewart, F. M. White, and R. L. Smaill.
