DUTCH ATOM-AGE CRUISER

(10 a.m.) THE HAGUE, Aug. 22. Queen Juliana today launched at Rotterdam the cruiser Zeven Provincicn, of 9472 tons, the first Dutch ship designed to cope with atom bomb attack. Work on the ship, which will be equipped with the most modern armament, will be completed in about a year. The keel was laid in 1938 but sabotage prevented the Germans from completing it during the war.
