LONDON. A solicitor at Worthing Court, Sussex. read this phrase from an insurance policy:— ‘‘The vehicle can be used except while soused.” The magistrate pondered, the opinion of three lawyers was taken and it was decided that the last word was meant to be twd, “so used.”
