Traffic Cases
A number of traffic cases were dealt with bv Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Gisborne Magistrate’s Court yesterday. They were laid by the police, who were represented by SeniorSergeant G. S. Norris and the Transport Department for whom Inspectors J. S. Cameron and W. P. Ambler appeared. Bruce Sinclair Williams (Mr. H. D. Chrisp) was fined £l. with costs 12/-. for failure to give wav to a vehicle on the right approaching the intersection of Palmerston and Roebuck Roads. For failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian on a crossing in Glad stone Road. Trevor Charles Ottaway was fined £2. with costs 10/-. Stanley Peter Morton was fined 10/for parking a vehicle in a prohibited area in Gladstone Road.
