Gifts to hospital institutions acknowledged in the report of the supervising matron, Miss J. I. Martin, received at yesterday’s meeting of the Cook Hospital Board, including reading material from Misses W. Lysnar and Paisley, Mesdames M. W. Craig, L. Williams, Mclvor, Houston, W. Hughes, Paisley, D Campbell, and P. A. Clarke; flowers from Miss Renner; mittens, kumeras and postcards from anonymous donors; and sweets and biscuits from Women's Institutes at Ngatapa and Whatatulu.
