MRS. T. M. MUNRO
OBITUARY
The death has occurred of Mrs. Susan Munro, Clifford Street, in her sixtyninth year Born at Nelson Creek. Mrs. Munro came to Gisborne 44 years ago and established a dressmaking business. Three vears later she married Mr. Thomas Miller Munro. carpenter and joiner, who later entered the bakery business. Mr. Munro retired two years ago after oeing 30 years in the trade. Mrs Munro was an active worker for the Heni Materoa Children's Home, a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society and of the Catholic Women's League. She is survived bv her husband, three daughters. Miss M. Munro, Mrs. S. Oliver and Mrs. E. Ellis, and two sons, Messrs T. and D. Munro. In addition, she leaves two sisters. Mrs. Norcross, Matawai. and Miss N. Donnellan. Greymouth and Iwo brothers, Mr. J. Donnellan. Mangakino, and Mr. T. Donnellan, Christchurch.
The funeral took place.yesterday.
