N.Z. TROTTING OWNER WORKS AS STABLEHAND

SYDNEY, Jan. 16.

A New Zealand hotelkeeper, Mr. H. Steele of Christchurch, a brother of the famous All Black. Jack Steele, and owner of a number of successful trotters in the Dominion is working as a temporalv stablehand at the Sydney showground. He is helping the owner to look after 25 New Zealand trotters which arrived last week and will be auctioned on Friday. The horses, which belong to a prominent Christchurch breeder, Mr. C. S. Donald, have attracted much atten lion.
