MAORI BOY LOSES LIFE IN N. WAIROA RIVER

(PA.) DARGAVILLE. Jan. 16. A Maori boy lost his life while swimming in the Northern Wairoa River yesterday morning. He was William Joseph Myers, aged 11, a son of Mr. Jack Myers, Coast Road, Dargaville. The boy’s body was recovered an hour later following dragging operations.
