BELGIAN FLOATING EXCHANGE RATE

(10 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Nov. 30. A floating exchange rate was officially established on November 30 between fhe Belgian franc and the American dollar. The dollar will Ire quoted on the Brussels Stock Exchange daily, but fluctuations will not bo allowed to go more than 1 per cenf tip or down from the official rate of 50 francs to the dollar.
