LONDON. Mrs. Mabel Evitts told Oldbury (Worcesieishire) Court that when she went oul she had to nut the whole contents of her nantrv in a pram and take it with her. She said this was the only way to prevent her 35-vcar old husband, Samuel, who refused to work, from eat iiig cvervlhing. Evitl was sent to prison for six months for neglecting his wife and children.
