Under-paid letters cause bad business and social relationships because no matter how generous a person is he resents paying surcharges on other people’s letters. The New Zealand Post Office is keeping a look-out for short-paid letters and. where the sender’s name is shown on the back will try to get in touch with the sender and ask for extra stamps ... but every sender should check now on his overseas airmail postings.
