Procedure for Trial of Bulgar Deputies
SOFIA, Oct. 20. A bill detailing the procedure for trying members of the Bulgarian Government was laid before the Grand National Assembly today three months after the former Deputy Premier, M. Traicho Rostov, was deprived of his Parliamentary seat. Reports have suggested he will be tried as an alleged spy l'or Yugoslavia, Britain and the United States. The introduction of the bill followed announcements earlier this month that Parliamentary elections had been postponed and that two Ministers and their deputies had been relieved of thei; posts.
