THIS WEEK’S PROPERTY DEALS

Reductions in regard to three applications were made by the Gisborne Land Valuation Court at its sitting this week. The reduced prices were agreed to by the vendors in each instance. The transfer of two leaseholds in respect of farming properties were approved. The first concerned a farm of 200 acres at Waioeka. An option was given to lease the property for two years from June 1 of next year at £IOO per annum with the right of renewal and provision for an increase in the rental based on increased production.

The court approved a lease at £Bl 3s per annum of a farm of 44ac. 2rd. 12per. at Waerenga-a-hika with right of renewal, the rent being the same as that in the previous lease.
