BOLIVIAN REBEL CHIEF CAPTIVE IN CAPITAL
(10 a.m.) LA PAZ, Sept. 6. The Bolivian Government radio announced that Carlos Torres, leader of the collapsing revolt, was captured at Cucre, the capital. Government forces are pursuing the fleeting rebels. Three leaders of the revolt landed by plane at Tusuman, Argentina, and surrendered to the police. Fifty members of the revolt movement who fled to Peru have been interned.
