NEW RED TROOPS MOVING INTO EASTERN GERMANY

(11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 4. The British licensed paper Social Democrat says that every night since August 24 new Soviet troops have been arriving bv ship in harbours on the German Baltic coast, says Reuter’s correspondent in Berlin. Most of them are tough battle-season-ed soldiers who are being scattered through the Eastern zone of Germany principally at Dresden. The Social Democrat which is usually reliable in reports from Eastern Germany, says that Russia is using German workmen to convert German fishing boats into minesweepers and minelayers at the Baltic port of Rostock Russia is also training the German people’s police to operate Russian tanks.
