LONDON, Sept. 1

The Maltese Prime Minister, Dr. Boffa today visited the London offices of the Canadian and New Zealand Governments to explore the possibility of Maltese emigration to the two Dominions. Emigration would be a partial solution to Malta’s general economic problems and her serious over-population.
