THREE MEN KILLED IN POWDER PLANT BLAST
PARIS, Sept. 1. Three workmen were killed and a fourth badly injured in an explosion which wrecked the moulding shop of a gunpowder factory at Dilly Berclu, near Lille., today. The cause of the explosion is not known.
