WAIKOHU GOLF FINAL
In the final of the senior men’s championship of the Waikohu Golf Club, F. McLean defeated K. 11. Brown, 1 up. At the finish of the first 18 holes Brown was in the lead, and in the second round both played steadily to be all square at the fifteenth. At the sixteenth McLean’s drive was on the green and he won the hole; the seventeenth and eighteenth were halved in a four and a three, making McLean the winner 1 up.
