ALLEGED KIDNAPPINGS IN SOVIET ZONE
BERLIN. Aug. 17
The American-licensed newspaper Neue Zeitung alleged that at least 4195 people have been arrested or kidnapped since May, 1945, by the German police in the Soviet sector or by the Soviet services. The newspaper adds that among the kidnapped were 209 women, 40 young girls and 212 youths under 20 years.
