CHURCH TO DEFY CZECH GOVERNMENT
(11 a.m.) PRAGUE, Aug. 11. The Roman Catholic Church intends to consecrate two new bishops next Sunday without the usual Government approval, said an authoritative church source today. Rome appointed the two new bishops a few weeks ago. They are to be consecrated at ceremonies at Slovak, the • industrial town of Trnava, in Southern Slovakia.
