DELHI TRANSPORT STRIKE
(10.35 a.m.) NEW DELHI, Aug. 10. Twelve hundred drivers and conductors manning the Governmentowned Delhi transport service struck because the .management did not answer their demand for a wage increase. cost-of-living allowance, supply of uniforms and recognition of their union. The strike is expected to last three days.
