Whitebait Netted at Sea
When the Coaster was trawling about four miles off-shore and 12 miles north of Greymoulh the net was found to bo smothered with half-grown whitebait after three successive trawls. Most of the whitebait were trapped in the corners of the large meshes of the net and at the end of trawling operations they were spattered over the deck of the vessel.
