THREE EXPERTS IN TORPEDOES ON LOAN TO N.Z. NAVY

AUCKLAND, May 16.
Three torpedo and anti-submarine specialists with a wide experience of destroyers and escort vessels have been appointed as loan officers to the Royal New Zealand Navy. They are: Lieut.Commander A. M. Seymour, D.S.C., R.N., Lieut.-Commander B. H. C. Hearn, R.N., and Lieut. P. R. M. Hughes Hallett, R.N. Lieut. Commander Seymour will command H.M.N.Z.S. Rotoiti, one of the two remaining frigates to be brought from England on its delivery voyage to New Zealand . Its sister ship will be commanded by Lieut.-Commander F. J. Eand, R.N.
