LONDON, May 15. India’s High Commissioner in London, Mr. V. K. Krishna Menon, addressing the Birmingham Indian Association, said: “India has now almost everything humanity can wish for — vast land, culture and tradition, but we Indians have still to acquire the quality of being happy in the prosperity of each other and the capacity for working together.” Mr. Menon said it was a mistake to think only two countries at the Dominions' conference had solved India’s problems. “Credit must go to all the Dominion Prime Ministers for their part in the discussions,” he added.
