INCISION APPEAL DISMISSED
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, May 10. The Wellington District Committee has dismissed the appeal of G. I. McGregor and J. H. Will, owners of the horse Incision, against the decision of the judicial committee of the Levin Racing Club, which relegated Incision to second place after he had won the Tararua Hack Hurdles at the Levin Racing Club’s autumn meeting on April 9. ' Incision, ridden by ’ W. N. Taylor, won the Tararua Hurdles from Roclca'"au inquiry was held into the charge that Incision interfered with Rockanui when they jumped the last hurdle together and the judicial committee decided to alter the judge’ placings. promoting Rockanui to first and placing Incision second. .
