OSLO, May 6

Mr. Oliver Vikery, director of research into atomic energy at Oweson and Company in San Francisco, said today that the United States scientists have constructed super-sensi-tive apparatus which will register atomic bomb explosions in any part of the world in the same way as a seismograph registers an earthquake.
