(10 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. The medical profession has added skull-patching to the list of uses for plastic.

In the current issue of the British Medical Journal, two army doctors describe the new plastic treatment given to two Indians, each of whom had lost a considerable portion of his skull. A plastic plate, perforated and of skull thickness, was wired in each case with stainless steel. Both operations were successful. ' *
