(11 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. The Admiralty announced tonight that the King has approved of the promotion to Admiral of the Fleet of Admiral Sir Algernon Willis. In consequence the following promotions have been approved: Vice-
Admiral Sir Patrick ‘ Brind to be Admiral; Rear-Admiral M. H. R. Kelsey (retired) to be Vice-Admiral on the retired list, and Rear-Admiral R, V. Symond-Taylor to be Vice-Admiral,
