NO PROGRESS IN YEAR ON AUSTRIAN TREATY
(11 a.m.) LONDON, April 6. Four deputies working on the Austrian treaty today reached exactly the same point which they had been discussing on April 6, 1948, says Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent. After debating the Soviet claims on oil production, exploration and refineries in Austria which are listed as German assets, the deputies adjourned without any progress being recorded,
