Crutching Sales The roster of crutching sales for the 1949-50 season is as follows: 1949 — July 25, Auckland; July 28, Napier; July 30, Wanganui. August 2, Wellington; August 12, Invercargill; August 15, Dunedin; August 17, Timaru; August 19, Christchurch. Commenting on the roster of auction sales, the chairman of the Wool Disposal Commission, Mr. G. A. Duncan, said It had been recommended by the auction sales advisory committee, which comprised representatives of the Woolbuyers and Woolbrokers' Associations, the Wool Board and Wool Disposal Commission and it had been approved by the Minister of Marketing. The quantities of wool to be offered at the individual sales would be determined after consultation with the interested parties prior to the commencement of each round of sales.

The commission appreciates the full co-operation which has been forthcoming from the interested parties in reconciling the needs of various woolselling centres on the most practicable basis.
