GOOD SCORING ON WAIROA GOLF LINKS
Golfing conditions last week-end were very favourable. There was some good scoring and several players reduced their handicaps. The competition on Saturday was a Stableford bogey, the winner being I. D. McCaskill, 37 points. Other good cards returned were: S. Winitana, 36 points; C. Mann. 35; J. F. Currie, 35. -The Moores Tikis changed hands again, Heslop and Sainsbury defeating Farrell and Hesse.
