PERSIA PROTESTS OVER RUSSIAN ATTACK ON POST
(10 a.m.) TEHERAN, Mar. 28. The Persian Foreign Office has now protested officially to the Russian Embassy against an alleged attack by Russian trooos on the Persian frontier post at Naftlijeh. About 50 Russian troops are said to have made the attack, killing one Persian soldier. Two other Persian sentries were taken prisoner and the Russians refuse to return them.
