PRISONER’S ACTION AGAINST NEWSPAPER

(10 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 8. John George Haigh, at present in Lewes prison on a charge of murder was given leave in the King’s Bench Divisional Court to apply for a writ of attachment against the editor of the London Daily Mirror.

Haigh’s application was made through his solicitor, Mr. G. R. Morris, who said the application was made in respect of certain material published in the Daily Mirror on March 4.
