Woman Kills Husband Cancer Victim

(11.30 a.m.) VIENNA, Mar. 4. A woman who killed her husband because he was in terrible pain through incurable cancer was found not guilty of murder. According to the evidence in court, the woman closed the windows and doors of the apartment, put on her wedding dress, turned on the gas and lav down beside her husband. The judge said that the woman acted "under irresistible force.”
