Reds Who Back Soviet Called “Traitors”
(11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Mar. 4. President Truman said today that the Communists who declared yesterday they would side with Russia if the United States went to war were "traitors.”
Reporters had asked him to comment on the Communists’ statement but President Truman said: "I have no comment to make on such a statement, by traitors.”
