Sum Of £92 Stolen From Boarding-House

(P A.) AUCKLAND, Mar. 3. The sum of £92 was stolen from a bedroGm in the Segenhoe boardinghouse at Huntly on Tuesday evening. When the proprietress returned after a few hours’ absence she found her bedroom in disorder, but nothing apparently was missing. Money, including £45 belonging to one of the boarders, had been taken from her son’s bedroom. Another boarder who was at home all evening was unaware of the incident. He had been reading in his bedroom with the radio turned on.

The thief apparently entered by the back door, which was unlocked.
