SUBMARINE OFFICER LOST IN ARCTIC
(10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. Sub-Lieutenant J. Strother, member of the British Navy’s Arctic expedition, was lost overboard in the early hours of today from a submarine, H.M.S. Artful, says the Reuter correspondent aboard H.M.S. Vengeance in the Arctic. Lieut. Strother was lost during a fierce gale. *
