FRANCE WANTS ALGERIA INCLUDED IN PACT
(10 a.m.) PARIS, Feb. 21. France reminded the United States that Algeria is part of French territory and should be included in the North Atlantic Pact, said the Foreign Office spokesman. “Tunisia and Morocco, the other two states of French North Africa have a different political statute and we did not ask the Americans to include them in the pact.” /
