SOVIET CRITICISES BRITISH DEFENCE PLAN
MOSCOW, Feb. 20. Commenting on the British Government’s White Paper on the defence appropriation, the Moscow paper Pravda said, in an editorial, that it was the British Government “aggressive” policy which was responsible for the increased military budget. The paper said that no one was threatening Britain and implied that the proposed increase in the country’s military budget during the coming year was an “aggressive measure.”
